Resinoid Grinding

Our resin bonded wheels are designed to deliver smooth cutting action and better wheel life with a cool grinding edge. Resinoid bonded grinding wheels are strong enough to withstand shock and are widely used on severe grinding operations. They can be safely used at higher speeds than vitrified wheels.

Tool Room Grinding

Tool Room Grinding Wheels are used for various applications like the manufacture and regrinding of cutting tools such as drills, reamers, milling cutters, etc. Operations are carried out at the periphery of plain wheels, the face of cup wheels and the edges of dish wheels.

Cylindrical Grinding Wheels

Cylindrical grinding involves using a rotating grinding wheel to cut or grind a cylindrical work-piece. These wheels are used for grinding the outside diameter of components revolving between centers or held in a chuck. Cylindrically ground parts are more accurate in size with a better finish than those turned on lathes.

Surface Grinding with Segments

Grinding segments are blocks, cuboids and special-shaped abrasive blocks used for surface grinding. They are used in surface grinding applications to grind flat surfaces. Typically a group of segments is loaded into the chuck that moves the abrasives over the job.
